All designs listed on our webpage are our own and under no circumstances should they be copied. If they are copied, then The Fashion Factory LTD has the rights to take legal action against anyone who copies our designs.
Payment Terms
Please read payment terms below. Terms must be agreed before any work commences.
Pattern only work = payments need to be paid in full before work is dispatched.
Design and Manufacturing = 50% upfront payment of each order placed then remaining amount to be paid before dispatch of goods to customer.
Sampling price = sampling price is based on the design complexity. For orders over 300u this cost will be deducted off your first order.
