Can a prom dress be returned/refunded?
Store policy is all occasion wear including prom dresses are non-refundable.
If you are not quite sure when choosing we suggest you reserve the dress with a
deposit of £75, until you have decided. Deposits can be transferred to another dress. Please note dresses cannot
be reserved if they are part of a clearance sale.
Can dresses be ordered?
Although we have a large range of styles and sizes in stock, some styles/sizes are extremely popular and require
12-16 weeks before delivery. If you see a dress you particularly like on this site, feel free
to enquire using our contact form, please give your size/sizes and we will
let you know if we have the dress in stock and if not approximately how long we expect the delivery to take.
Can dresses be bought/ordered online?
At present we do not have an online ordering facility however you can order over the phone,
payment by debit/credit card. A £15 postage and packing charge will apply to all deliveries
in the UK. Please ring 01543 466000 and ask for the Prom Department.
Do you provide a hire service for occasion wear?
No we do not hire any occasion wear.
Do you provide an alteration service?
We have an in-house alteration service, please ask when purchasing or reserving your dress. A charge applies.
Do you only sell one style to each school?
We keep a register of every dress we sell to each school. It is our intention to only sell one
of each style to any prom event. However we will sell the same style in another colour.
When do you have new styles in?
We have new styles arriving throughout the year, although for the most popular range
our first deliverly is approx early December.
